What is the Bridge Method™?

The Bridge Method™ is Mia Jerritt’s signature framework for translating awareness into aligned action as part of the Leadership Alignment Journey.  

 

It guides individuals and teams through a structured process of revealing patterns, regulating emotional charge, recoding outdated assumptions, and aligning energy with conscious choices.

 

The result is sustainable change that is both practical and deeply integrated.

MONTH 1: REVEAL - Clarify what's really driving the behaviours.  (SEE IT)

MONTH 2: REGULATE - Build steady leadership presence under pressure.  (HOLD IT)

MONTH 3: RECODE - Shift from inherited patterns to conscious choice. (CHANGE IT)

MONTH 4: ALIGN - Translate values into consistent leadership behaviour.  (REMOVE IT)

MONTH 5: INTEGRATE - Embed new patterns into systems and culture.  (STABILIZE IT)

MONTH 6: AMPLIFY - Create a ripple effect of aligned leadership.  (EXPAND IT)

The Bridge Method™ operates primarily within the Recode, Align, and Integrate stages - where awareness is most at risk of remaining theoretical.
